It is with sadness and a heavy heart that I mention the passing of our schoolmate and my close friend Jessie Olson.
I will never forget how we became friends. He was very popular in the class. Jessie always knew how to make you laugh, he had crazy ideas and well as he was popular around he also knew how to get a girl. I was kind of jealous and everybody in the class knew we don’t like each other, even the teachers. Once we had to make some projects and on of the teachers wanted us both to cooperate. Well that was like a bad dream for me but thanks to this nightmare we actually got to know each other I realized he’s not such a jerk as I thought. Jessie went through many things when he was younger and it was actually his very first time he got a bit popular around. One thing I forgot to mention is that he never took any advantage of his popularity at school.
We have lost a great guy. A modest and caring individual, direct and up front in his approach, kind of a “what you see is what you get” type of guy.
We will forever honor his memory and never forget Jessie Olson.
