This memorial has been created to honor the memory of Dorothy Bannister, who was born to Paul and Amy Burchett in 1976.
I, her sister will never forget, how she sung from deep down her heart every Sunday in the local church. Her voice is still singing in my ears. That was her hobby. Singing was her life but unfortunately she could never manage to fight threw the rivals in the trade. But she never gave up and always tried to succeed. In the end she decided to open a grocery where Dorothy spent most of the time during the week. All the neighbors went shopping there or just stop there for a visit just to have a chat. She felt really comfortable around people, she hated to be alone. It was the way how to get trough the fact that she couldn’t have children with Jim. She needed to get busy to forget it. And she loved when my children came to visit her and stayed there for a weekend. Dorothy really enjoyed the time with them. Though she was strong, the bad days came from time to time. But Jim never let her down and was always there for her even though he spent most of his time traveling around the town, doing business.Dorothy will always be remembered by her friends and family
