In the memory of our beloved mother Caroline Perkins, who was born in 1924 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Caroline always enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved to take care of her family and friends and she always gave more than she took.
She passed away on October 3, 2011.
We will always honor her memory.
